- Choose whether you would like your order shipped or if you would like to pick up it up yourself

Credit Card
Once we have confirmed we have your stock ready to go and the payment has reached our account, we will notify you by email so that you can pick up your order (if selected) or we will arrange shipping accordingly.
Bank Transfers
When we confirm your stock is available, we will notify you by email and send through the bank account details. We request that payment be made within 48 hours of receiving the email to secure your order.
After your payment has been confirmed, we will notify you by email that your order is ready for pickup or has been shipped depending on the shipping method that was selected.
Cash Pick Up Orders
Once we have confirmed we have your stock ready to go (also known as “picked”), we will notify you by email
and send through details to arrange a pickup time. Cash payment for your goods is required at the
time of pickup.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please return items back within 14 days of
delivery.
The following can not be returned or exchanged:
- custom or personalised orders
- items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition,
the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

GST is not shown on prices as HandcraftN is currently a small operation and therefore is not applicable at this time.
